Delivery and return

What are the delivery times?

Monday to Friday:


Packages are shipped the same day or the day after your order is made . Our manufacturing times are specified in the description of our products. By default they are 48 hours. You must add the delivery times to estimate the date of receipt.


Weekends and public holidays:

For orders placed on the eve of a holiday, they will be shipped the day after the holiday if it is not a weekend. For orders placed on the weekend, packages are shipped on Monday or later depending on the specified manufacturing time.

From the time the order is shipped, the average delivery times are as follows:

  • 3 to 10 working days by tracked letter for France
  • 2 to 5 working days by Colissimo for France
  • 24 hours by Chronopost express for France
  • 5 to 7 working days by colissimo for international
  • During busy periods (Christmas, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, peak wedding season, etc.) delivery times may be extended by a maximum of 3 days.

Return for refund or exchange

You have 14 calendar days from the day after the date of receipt of your order to return your jewelry to us.

The returned product(s) must be in new condition, not have been worn or used or have been subject to any use whatsoever and be in their original box accompanied by the free safety pin (worth €20).

Otherwise, the refund/exchange will be refused.

The return must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice that was sent to you by email when you ordered with the reason for return.

The customer organizes the return by Chronopost delivered against signature, at his expense and at his risk to the following address:

Shipping costs associated with returning products remain the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received your jewelry, we will let you know by email.

Upon receipt, and subject to these return conditions, the seller will refund the order excluding initial shipping costs by credit to the customer's bank account or exchange within 15 days of receipt of the package by the seller.

Repairs

In the event that the product received is not compliant or has a manufacturing defect (see the Warranty page ) , it is possible to return your jewelry to us for repair or exchange depending on the problem encountered.

You must return the jewelry as indicated in the Return for refund or exchange paragraph.
