All our jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase.

The warranty on your jewelry covers for 1 year all defects that could be linked to a manufacturing problem.

Sometimes a gilding bath does not adhere to certain jewelry, which causes it to become abnormally damaged. In this case, we will proceed with an exchange. 

In the event that a stone falls out, we will repair or exchange it depending on the piece of jewelry (see page Delivery and return ).

On the other hand , if your jewelry has been damaged due to improper use on your part, we will not be able to apply the warranty (see the Care advice page).

Torn chains, cracked stones, lost items are examples of what our warranty does not cover.
